La-Tv now on Comcast in Central CT

My 5 year old Sanyo LCD HDTV gets that channel already without any converter here in New Britain. However, some of the QAM assignments with that TV are random, so I can't tell you what channel I get it on.

My mom lives in Southington and has COX. The main TV in her family room is a 42 inch Vizio HDTV picked up at Walmart in 2009. It's not hooked up to a cable box. Telefutura, which is WUVN 18.3 and is on COX Digital Channel 79 appears on Channel 19.3 without a box rather than 18.3

WGGB ABC 40, which isn't even on the COX Meriden Line Up appears on Channel 77.1 rather than 40.1 - ABC shows are covered up with WTNH as is "The Doctors". Rachael Ray at 9AM airs in tact.

The CPTV sub-channels Create and CPTV 4 U appear on Channels 77.something rather than on 24.2 and 24.3

I noticed that Cox has Music Choice channels 901 - 946 and again 1901 - 1946 in HD. Whats up with that? Don't see a purpose of that as they are only music channels.

Maybe there's closed captions that take up the entire length of the screen? ::)

LATV is 469 on FIOS, 29.2 WUNI, 18.2 (or 18.4, I forget) WUVN and 22.2 WLWC. I am not Hispanic and no habla Spanish, but I love this network! There are more pretty girls per pixel than any other OTA I know of! Esto es Insolito, En la zona, Mex to the Max, Tu decides... What a trip! Add a couple of good bong hits...

WUFT 27.1 Telefutura (ch. 17 on FIOS) has Cinescape, featuring action movies. Imagine Bruce Willis walking around in bunny slippers, shooting all over the place while flipping out in Spanish. Great TV alternatives!

PS. How could I forget Almohadazo (midnight on LATV)! Tell me THAT hostess doesn't have a couple of really good things going for HER!
