My guess is that CBS Sports Network now has a sports analysis show called "Lead Off" at 11pm...which I guess is needed because we need more sports blather in late night?
StormCon is yet another Weather Channel tracking system the National Weather Service probably hates which gives a storm a 1-10 score like it's a videogame or something and is pretty much absolutely useless except to TWC fans who bow at the altar of Cantore.
And finally, please learn how to write. I shouldn't have to parse English to figure out what the heck you're saying.
