Exactly my point jeremy, thank you. My co-workers were aware of my personal preferences and for what you thought would be a close minded community.. they were all pretty cool about it.

You're right, it's not exactly relevant to THIS thread. However, since you like to run your mouth and give opinions on various aspects of the business, it is relevant because your constant moving around between small town radio stations in questionable scenarios certainly doesn't HELP your credibility.
 
And your being hostile to people because they prefer to work in smaller markets or having employment challenges, as we ALL do, doesn't help yours either.

One thing I'll say for Paul, he obviously loves radio. And anyone who loves radio and has a passion for it, is a good start in my book. We all have to start somewhere, and passion is a good basis for a radio career.
