I don’t see how he is making any money from any of these stations, especially the ones that aren’t on the air.

If he's leasing 92.3, then he's making some money.

But KHTW? He's probably spent more money on the station than he had made from it thus far.

At a Saturday afternoon check, not only was 92.9 HD-3 missing but also 106.9 HD-3 as well as 107.5 HD-3 and HD-4. All were dead air; looks like Cox was having issues. The HD-2's on all three were there as normal.

That will be a mess in Montgomery County. The planned 106.5 translator's primary signal misses most of the county's populated areas and will be shredded by KOVE where the listeners are.

Maybe Cox hasn’t been paid for carrying those streams on their HD and cut them off.

I drove close to the 106.5 translator contour on 45 and didn’t hear it at all. I got KOVE and was still getting RDS. I also didn’t hear anything on 95.9 in New Waverly
 
93Q HD-3 still broadcasting dead air.
 
Has no one just set up the new La Power client on the backup transmitter? It's got an HD signal just no audio.
 
Is 105.3 in Houston broadcasting? 93Q HD-3 is still broadcasting silents

Remember, Cox had a massive hack and denial of service, and that may explain the issues with things like HD channels.
