Was driving up (north) on 18th street today and saw these huge new tower on one of the buildings, west side, I would say it rises probably about 300 feet on top of the building, not triangular just straight, red strobes on top, no guy wires, and its no crane. Its on a large building around 18th and Walnut, it was not there last week. No bays on it so far, I will take a photo later this week and post it. Don't have any idea what it is but its not quite as high as the Liberty One Mast, I would imagine its around 750 feet from ground level.
