-- Country KMLE/PHOENIX, AZ made fundraising history this week. KMLE held the 5th annual radiothon for the PHOENIX CHILDREN's HOSPITAL on SEPTEMBER 7th and 8th. This year they decided to give half the final total to the CHILDREN's HOSPITAL of NEW ORLEANS to aid with HURRICANE KATRINA relief efforts. The grand total was $1,940,854 making the largest grossing fundraiser in PHOENIX history. / RR
