Larry Auerbach (TV director), remembered....

Auerbach directed several early TV shows, but would spend most of his career directing daytime soaps. He worked on Hawkins Falls, As the World Turns, Another World, All My Children, and One Life to Live, but most notably, the only director during Love of Life's 28+ year run.

He won a Daytime Emmy for his work on One Life to Live, and would go on to be part of the Director's Guild of America's membership, board, and hold a national vice-president position there.

Larry Auerbach died Saturday. He was 91.
