Larry has to turn himself into the police!

What a sad state of affairs this continues to devolve into. What happened to the good old days when men would just step outside, roll up the sleeves and duke it out? I'd take Yogi or Panda over Larry in fight, too. All they'd have to do is get him down on the ground and flatten him with their tremendous bulk.

According to Rodney's blog, The "Viva" boys have dropped their civil lawsuit so they can persue criminal charges. The judge ok'ed it, and now Larry has to turn himself in! Complete with mugshot, and fingerprinting!

hmm.. this doesn't mean the civil lawsuit is done... The only way that they could move forward on the criminal warrant was to drop the civil case “without prejudice.” This means they could re-file the civil lawsuit at a later date.

well, you knew it had to happen.

Q: What do a 300 pound white women and the RG have in common?

A: Eventually they will both get screwed by a Mexican :D

Larry has to turn himself into the police!

So, when's he scheduled to undergo surgery, and how soon is he going to start singing "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da"?

The question I'd ask in this is whether taping a conversation in a company restroom comes within the statutory language of "private place".

Putting a video camera in a restroom stall would violate the user's expectation of privacy. But when you have two guys talking loudly enough that other people in the restroom can hear, I don't think that there is an expectation of privacy. They deserve no more privacy for having a conversation in the restroom than in the hallway, for instance.

Agreed, especially given that they knew Larry was in the room. I'm not sure conversation in a public bathroom would be considered different than conversation in say the lobby if all parties knew they were in a room with others and were making no effort to speak in hushed tones.

And furthermore, if they were directing insults, in spanish, at Larry, doesn't that make Larry part of the conversation too? Georgia law allows recording of conversations If one of the parties is aware of the recording.
I wonder.... exactly what are the criminal charges?

Yogi and Panda are ridiculous for taking it this far. It was bad enough that they got the guy fired, and now criminal charges? Karma will catch up with them, as it does with everyone else.
Very sad.

Larry will come out smelling like a rose. He'll move on, dumping the ATL, and probably making more money and being much happier in the end.

High 5 to Mr. Wachs.......

The Viva guys should be fired and blacklisted from working in Atlanta, or anywhere else for that matter. Disgusting.

Come on, you know they're only holding onto Yogi Yorgessen and Andy Panda so they can graduate to the 96.1 signal when THEY flip to Spanish.

The poor, poor, Regular Guys. Often the purveyors of juvenile, unsophisticated pranks. Now being punked by two Mexicans with superior legal counsel.

You'll excuse me if I don't see how I should feel sorry for Larry Wachs.

;D

I guess I shouldn't say they should be fired and blacklisted, they'll probably sue me too.

Oh well, somebody check their green cards.
