Realistically, how many more years do you think he is going to work?

And WHEN he does call it quits, what happens to mornings on 97 Rock?

Shredd And Ragan are VERY comfortable doing afternoons on 103.3 FM and it's going to take a lot (money and ego-soothing, especially after the way they were treated during the failed Opie And Anthony effort a few years ago on The Edge) to convince them to change their personal and professional lives so that they have to go to bed at 8 pm to get up at 3 am.
 
Why restrict your speculation to Norton? If Cumulus pulls off the deal that's on the table, is ANYBODY safe at James E. Casey?

To borrow a phrase from Jerry Del Colliano, "Repeater Radio" is likely to rear its ugly head in WNY.
 
Op, try Googling "Cumulus purchasing Citadel", and take your pick of the 160,000 results. There are plenty of credible sources with their take on the deal, as well as several threads on R-I.
 
@George...Costanza I think...where have you been...lighting up the board for the last 2 days out of no where. Why all the sudden interest and opinion?
