Larry Stevens

where is Larry Stevens of WHHY?

He now announces for WVRV 101.5 FM/97.5 FM "The River" Montgomery/Pine Level Alabama.

Heard him recently and he still sounds great.

Hope this helps.

R.D.P. <><

Larry voice tracks "The River" because he loves the music. One of his old DJs from WHHY, Al Stroh, owns the station. His full time job is the owner of The Larry Stevens Agency, a Montgomery agency.

i saw larry a few weeks ago-- he is the top dog in ad repping around here

still rich -- he's always been rich-- heard he was making 95k base 20 years ago at whhy

but he paid his jocks well too-- i made 20K in 1993- for a 4 hour shift- - 1 weekend a month off-- which was unheard of in those days-- plus i had a tv show- ( extra money ) - and alot of remotes-- that was a good gig-- it ended too soon when they went bankrupt and we all split to colonial-- which was an even sweeter gig....

Whenever you are flipping channels you can hear Larry do a voice over for a Heinig Furs commercial and maybe some other businesses around Montgomery.

Yes. Larry is on The River...pretty much like another post read, doing it because he loves the music. Also all over tv doing voice overs (spots his agency sold). The Grand PoohBah of Montgomery Radio! :p
