Larry Williams

His on-air name at ’PXY was “Hollywood Hudson.” We crossed paths there in ’88 when he assumed overnights from Chip Douglas.

You've shook the cobwebs off my brain....I had forgotten that Larry worked in Rochester and 98 PXY. I knew him many years ago while he was at a competing station in Utica. We would have beers together. I liked him because he was friendly while all the other people at that station were "snotty".

Several years later I saw him in Rochester at an event that both our stations were at. Once again we were competitors but we were glad to see each other. Talk of beers etc followed but never happened. I last saw Larry at a station reunion a few years ago. Nice to him and we made small talk -where we were, doing etc. A good radio guy. R. I. P. Larry.
