As Larry has had a good income for some time (granted, high-tax ordinary income), and he apparently has some sort of multi-year contract now, he likely does not need to get another job before he retires. I would expect him to just run out the contract and make this his last position. He probably has at least a moderate amount of investments and net worth that will sustain him indefinitely.
