Las Vegas Rates?

I'm thinking about buying some time in Las Vegas and I figured I'd ask it here what with all the knowledge on this board. What are the ballpark rates for a 60 here in Las Vegas? I would call some stations but having worked with AEs for slightly over 50 years, I know they can pester the crap out of you if you even ask (with all due respect to my L.A. co-workers that are still trudging away). Anybody have any info here? Thanks in advance.
 
I'd say that site is completely guessing, since it lists the advertising rates for a non-profit station. :D
