I listened to KNX's tribute to Columbia Square this morning. A very solid production with some interesting interview clips. The audio clip has not yet been posted on KNX's website but I hope it will be; it should be.
A few nits:
"Reeg" Cordic; not "Rej" Cordic.
Dragnet was an NBC show and never produced at Columbia Square.
"The Mercury Theater on the Air" originated from New York.
"The Jello Program starring Jack Benny" was when Benny was still on NBC.
But overall IMHO, a solid, comprehensive, informative and moving piece of work.

They had a psychic on the show who talked about some old radio people who "haunt" Columbia Square. She said one of them is Jack Benny who is still upset because, the psychic said, he made a lot of money for CBS and they unceremoniously dumped him (his TV show was cancelled and replaced by Gomer Pyle, USMC - Shazam!). Some things never change in radio.

Actually, Benny left CBS in 1964 when, in CBS president Jim
Aubrey's office, Aubrey told him "you're through," despite
the fact that Benny's show, which was then airing on Tuesday
nights, was usually in the top 10. He returned to NBC that
fall with a Friday-night show opposite Gomer Pyle. Gomer
was the number-three ranked show overall (behind Bonanza and
Bewitched) in the 1964-65 season. Even ABC's 12 O'Clock High
beat Benny head-to-head. That was the end of the weekly Benny
show and the beginning of a series of successful specials that
continued until Benny passed away in 1974.
