Last-minute program changes for West Coast Network Feed?

I believe the reference is to its being fed twice -- once at 1:00 Eastern/12:00 Central, and again at 4:00 Eastern/3:00 Central.

I can tell you that I lived in the midwest and the popsicle twins were seen here.
 
Okay. That makes sense. It just didn't register properly. If I had seen 1 and 4 pm ET then I probably would've gotten it.
