LAT-TV Houston flagship apparently testing

Checked Channel 30 a few minutes ago, and there is a signal up, probably KCVH, the flagship of the new LAT-TV network, which launched May 19 on stations in DFW, Austin, and San Antonio. The Houston station didn't make it on due to apparent delays in getting the new transmitting facility ready. The signal is weak and appears to be transmitting black, with dead air on the audio. Signal level fluctuates quite a bit, as if they are tweaking things. I'm about 25 miles from the transmitter. From the technical specs KCVH should have about the same coverage area as KHLM/43, so I's assuming these are initial low power tests. KHLM puts in a decent signal here on a portable set with a UHF hoop antenna.
