Late 80's Head Shop Ad

Back in the late 80's there was an ad on KSJO for Paramount Imports which is/was a head shop in San Jose. It seems to me that the VO guy was the weekday afternoon jock on KYA-FM. There were some effects on his voice and he had this way of saying "Miscellaneous Insanties". I'm positive it was him. Anyone have his name? And no it wasn't Jack Perry. Ask Jack and I'm sure he'll tell you it wasn't him. Hammerin' Hank do you know?
