It's a little difficult to be civil, and even less appropriate to attempt to do so, when information provided by Arbitron itself in dozens of press releases, ratings release dates, etc. shows that pre-currency data is released and is used.
The unfortunate thing is that, unless countered, folks not familiar with PPM rollouts will be given wrong information.
http://www.arbitron.com/downloads/ppm_delivery_schedule.pdf has the delivery schedule and shows that Austin radio subscribers will receive their first PPM ratings, the pre-currency July book, on August 16 at Noon local time. Then, it will start receiving weeklies as well.
I can't see how it could be more clear.
