I just heard "Capital Gang" host Al Hunt, introducing the interview segment, say that June 25 would be their last show.

So much for intelligent news analysis.

All the news analysis shows and this is the only one you like?
______________

Maybe we'll get another hour of Anderson Cooper looking into the camera to see if he's posed right.
______________

I will also admit to watching "Meet The Press" on a regular basis, when it doesn't get moved up to 5:00am for sports coverage (like last week).

But I can't get into the non-roundtable analysis shows on CNN, MSNBC, FNC, and for some reason I am not enamored of ABC and CBS' Sunday morning shows.

And "Washington Week" on PBS actually puts me to sleep.

I'd go back to watching "The McLaughlin Group" if it didn't give me a headache.

Another casualty on CNN was the replacement of Bill Hemmer as co-host of CNN's America Morning.

CNN sent out a press release saying that Hemmer wanted to "pursue other opportunities". Those of us in the business knows that really means.

Miles O'Brien was named as the new co-anchor. He will join Soledad O'Brien on June 20th.

Didn't Tucker Carlson (guy with bow tie) used to be on CNN? He is now on FNC.
______________

Tucker Carson was one of the co-hosts of Crossfire. He will have his own show on MSNBC beginning on I think June 20. I wonder if Jon Stewart will be a guest? :)
______________

I try to watch "MTP" on a regular basis, as it is the best of the Sunday morning shows. I can handle "This Week" on ABC occasionally, but much of the time "Face The Nation" puts me to sleep.

As for "McLaughlin Group", I can't stomach it because the host lets the panel members start to respond but only after two or three seconds he's talking over them again full volume.

I also like "The Chris Matthews Show".
