Received the weekly "Thursday Morning Post" today from Jack, and among other things (lots going on for Labor Day, blah blah), this interesting tidbit:

"Finally, make sure you tune in Tuesday morning. Jack FM is changing. What does that mean? They won't tell us but we're sure it's some lame promotional stunt"

Any ideas out there??

Channel 27 is running a spot claiming that Jack will get a new name as of tomorrow (Tuesday). I wonder what will actually happen?
 
Why not 1003/vacuum FM? That would pretty much be perfect for all that has been on that frequency.

Or maybe "100.3/Redstone FM." We play what Mr. (or Ms.) Redstone want.
 
Sooooooo LAME! Here's the "big change", They're calling it "Jerry FM" because Seinfeld is premiering on My 27. Wow. What a crock. That's so stupid and misleading.
 
Yeah, these people are making a big deal out of nothing. Do you think JACK FM is really going to change? I don't think so!!
 
You don't think ?nah..couldn't be... who would do something like that? Maybe they ..may be they ..hmmm are going to unveil ..a digital station..with all female artists with the name of "JILL". Damn that would be so UNoriginal. Or maybe it's an announcement of their sale to Border Media or Salem;). Or perhaps they are having announcers? In reality,who cares?

The news is that they are going all day without commercials. Today they are "Jerry FM" due to Seinfeld being on channgel 27 tonight. They paid for all the airtime today. It is nice hearing nothing but music.

That all what the hype is about.
