You'd both lose to option "c" - quiet settlement by the personal/business liability insurance company. If it isn't dismissed, it will lead to a quiet settlement.

Goatboy's original claim that nobody actually has a bumper sticker on their car so this story is a fraud actually doesn't fly when you realize the radio station is handing them out, so they are going on cars.

Actually, looking out my window here in CT, I see one on a SUV parked in the parking lot next to where I work.

I love Bama Crimson Tide football, I crave Talladega racing, I could spend the entire summer at Gulf Shores, there IS no better seafood that that which is caught in the Gulf south of Mobile, Mardi Gras got its start in Mobile first in this country and the people are some of the nicest anywhere, but...politics in Alabama is the pits! Y'all will vote for a mangy dog if its a Republican mangy dog. :cool:

I would like to think that a judge would laugh this one out of the court. But this is California after all......

Who's gonna buy at those prices?

They were selling bumper stickers for a time, but at $50 for three of them, I could see how they didn't sell too many.
