If you are reviewing performance of newly-changed formats, I remind you of the huge delay between the actual days of the survey and when the results are released. For example, the just-released "Fall Phase 2" list represents data taken in the three-month period from appx Aug 15 through Nov 15. Each new monthly "phase" drops off the oldest previous one month of data, such that the next release, the full Fall book (roughly equvalent to phase 3), will represent the survey data taken from the period of appx Sept 15 through Dec 15.
