Can anyone disagree with the fact that since the beginning of the year and the tweaking of the formats at 93.1 and 93.9 there has been a continuous decline in the numbers of both? I'm not sure that either station is in a better position now than it was last year. Actually, Cox and Easy are probably worse as they are trying to sell to a really elderly demo. At least with Rock you had a younger appealing station.

Same can be said in West Palm. CBS has no better numbers with Rock than it did as an alternative. Here's an interesting observation, try something new.
 
It is an odd station. They claim its Hot AC but music would state otherwise. Still a Rhy AC with lean towards recurrents. Don't think the station has long term potential. Also, 93.1 is on a significant down slope and when all is said and done the numbers end up back where rock was.
 
Is 93.1 still advertising on TV? I haven't seen any ads. As soon as the TV ads stop for a radio station, typically the ratings drop
 
They altered the format from the original (MIA) fewer oldies and now more currents. Keep the currents on Y100, the numbers might increase again.

If they had kept the same formula they were using when they signed on, the ratings for 93.9 would be a whole lot better. Currents should be played, but not as much. They should stop trying to be like 97.3 and Y100. Their mimicking of 97.3 and Y100 really sucks with their repetitiveness. Leave the repetitiveness to Y100 already.
