I was impressed with the slow but steady growth of the Bear. Slow growth is a genuine build up of an audience, it's often better than coming on with a bang and then tanking. With a little patience, The Bear could have been a good station for Bonneville. Instead they traded it in for the flavor of the month and so far (I know it's early) they are not even getting the instant spike in ratings that fad formats are known for.
