LATEST TRI-CITIES ARBITRON

Was looking at All Access and saw the latest Tri-Cities Arbitron numbers are up. While it is NO surprise to anybody that WXBQ is #1, however, their numbers dropped from a 23.9 to a 19.8. WTFM gained, but surprised me was that WQUT showed back up at #3 with an 8.3. It says that QUT had a 7.5 in the last book, but there was no listing for them in the last Arbitron in the last book that was posted on All Access.

Also noticed that a couple of Lebanon, VA stations that didn't even show in the last book popped up, WXLZ-FM and WLRV-AM. I've never picked up WLRV unless I was near Russell County. I have picked up WXLZ in Bristol a few times, and once in Kingsport. Wonder how they got on there?

What y'all think about QUT showing back up? I thought Citadel was not gonna subscribe in markets 100+?

I've followed the ratings for awhile and WQUT going from 8.3 to 7.5 or WXBQ dipping above or below 20 really isn't that big of a deal, IMO. That's normal for the market, can be about book placement (or people meter placement now) or what not.

You'll note a lot of AMs have this sort of thing. A small AM in Erwin or Elizabethton that doesn't even reach all of the Tri-Cities will get a 0.7 one book and then nothing the next.

My question is why allaccess has these numbers but Radio-info.com does not? As well as, yes, why are the Citadel stations showing up in the book but didn't before?
