As we've noted before, the 9PM hour has been underperforming since O'Reilly left, and hurting the rest of the night. They have to do something. This is the easiest solution.

She'll certainly perform better than 'The Five'. Hannity's numbers will likely improve over his already strong 10 PM numbers from a better lead in.

I like The Five and watching it late at night I wouldn't watch Laura Ingraham show thou a little too much Hannity in her I like both just can't listen to them.

I read elsewhere that should this happen, the plan is to move Hannity back to 9PM and Laura would get 10PM. 'The Five' would move back to 5PM to fill the spot currently vacated by Eric Boling being on suspension. Since he'll likely get the ax, bringing Laura on will take care of multiple schedule issues.

Part of the 9 o'clock ratings problem vs. MSNBC could be the lead-in. I like Tucker Carlson but his show is a big disappointment.

As I've said before, the formula is:

1. Tucker introduces a whacky guest.
2. The guest spouts nonsense while Tucker looks on quizzically.
3. Tucker shouts down the guest.

Totally predictable. Gets old very fast.
