Did anything ever come of Laura Ingraham attempting to commit voter suppression? Did the FCC ever take action?
 
As for the countless petitions from Athiests that all religion be banned from radio there was no action.

In fact, it would hardly be a matter for The FCC; maybe some civil rights agency if there were racial implications. Or maybe some federal voting rights agency.
