Laura Ingraham

If I had Glenn Beck available to me (and if he was on my parent company's payroll), I would say sayonara to TRN's antics as a "thank you" for ruining my station for weeks with the absolutely unlistenable Monica Crowley or whatever other non-talents they have in there.

Beck used to be in Ingraham's current 9-noon time slot on 550. I personally prefer Beck 100 times more on his tv show vs his radio show. He was just too goofy on his radio program with too many voices, clips, and noises, etc. I actually like his tv show much more than Ingraham's tv show.

Also, I think its pushing it to say she so good looking on TV. I don't see that at all. Looking like your going to wail on someone at any second just isn't a good look. And that staring into the camera as she reads the telepromptor is scary.

Few recall Ingraham's first effort on cable TV, on MSNBC. It was called "Watch It".

Clearly, no one did. :D

Yeah, I recently commented on her first failed TV show. Granted, it's MSNBC, the KGIL equivalent of cable news, but still... "Watch It Get Cancelled" as she called it. Very inspiring.

I guess the average talk radio listener finds her attractive. Something about how when you're 70, you don't find 18 years hot any more in a quest to become "mature".

By the way, the worst look for a talk host on TV has got to be Dave Ramsey. It's like the fourth hour of his radio show, with him looking into a camera that never moves. I did a production like that in high school.

I've sworn off cable news because I get radically irritated with politics these days, but I think Beck is a mediocre interviewer and prefer the radio show. I've heard other talk radio listeners say the same thing, although people who've never listened to talk radio think the TV show is great. But, I think he has definitely caught on more since 550 bounced him for the flavor of the month club.
