Laverne & Shirley theme question

"1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
_________, __________, __________ in-corp-or-a-ted"

OK, theme song geeks, make *my* dreams come true by filling in the blanks. What were Marshall and Williams singing? I could never make that out.

Actually, the first two are Yiddish terms: "Schlemiel, Schemazel".

The third is "Hasenpfeffer" (?), which is a dish of some sort.

Cranky is correct.

Ixnay, Haven't you discovered GOOGLE? I use it a dozen times a day and avoid internet questons.

D'oh!

Seriously... I discovered Google many moons ago. I wish I could get in the habit of using it more often. Sorry. [blush] Thanks for the help btw.

Well to be fair Schlemiel, Schemazel can be spelled a bunch of different ways making it harder to find

I like George Burns's definition of Schlemiel and Schemazel.

He said " A schlemiel is someone who spends his entire life going around spilling soup. A schemazel is the guy he keeps spilling it on."
