Law & Order new episode called Skate Head

Folks, can we make a new episode of Law & Order on NBC called Skate Head which featured the incident on December 25, 2008 during christmas party at Skate 22 when a brawl occured that this suspect has named Jaquan Bell who pulled the trigger gun, turn around and shot Jean d'Haiti in the head shortly after midnight.
 
Maybe it has been already. Law and Orders' formula is to take the ' ripped from the headlines ' story but dilute it so much that the ending doesn't resemble the beginning.
