Layne Ryan Joins Wilks/Fresno As GM

Radio is like the NFL - if you were ever the head coach (or GM), no matter what the results, getting a similar or better job is easy. Your success or failure matters not; just that you held the position in the first place is enough to get you hired again...and again...

Would you say Layne is more of a Norv Turner or a Wade Phillips?

I'd say neither. He's more of an OJ Simpson.

By the way he was fired from Cumulus like a month ago.
