Layoffs at Biz Radio

Sorry to report that three folks were let go from KTEK/Biz Radio last week, including Tom Carter, their voice and production guy (who's been there since the beginning) and Karen Christie, who did traffic and operations. I don't know who the third person was, but it's sad nonetheless, especially around the holidays. I'll be keeping Tom and Karen in my thoughts and prayers-this is a crazy time of year.
 
Great timing by BizRadio. Good luck to Tom Carter. He has a stellar rep in the radio community. Looks like the sounds of silence will be playing on BizRadio any day now.
