Layoffs at Fox News Channel

According to today's TVJobs.com listing, Fox News Channel has put the following on-air talent..."on the beach". Makes you wonder how many were also let go that don't get the inclusion in the TVJobs list?

Most of the folks you listed have left Fox News years ago. E.D. Hill left in 2008, Terry Keenan in 2009, Jill Dobson in 2010, Jane Skinner in 2010, Brian Wilson in 2010.

Thanks, '61. I rarely watch FNC so most of the names were just...names. Then again, look at my source, TVJobs. So many times you see somebody "on the beach" one day and then reinstated the next and you know they were never let go.

I emailed TVJobs.com asking why all the FNC people shown as "on the beach" a couple of days ago when in reality many had left 3-5 years ago. Their response was:

"Mainly because we stopped trying to track FOX people a few years ago
and just recently began servicing them again. Upon updating our
information, they were sent OTB which really means we don't know
where they are at now."
