LBJ and an AT&T Snafu -- Urban Myth?

I have heard this story a few times over the years and wonder if anyoen else is familiar with it -- it may well be an "urban myth."The story was that while President, Lyndon Johnson once became enraged because he was trying to make a very important phone call, and for some reason there was a snafu somewhere in the Long Lines system that caused network TV audio to be heard on the line he was trying to use.I think this story to be aprocryphal -- for one thing, in one version of the story the programming mentioned was "I Love Lucy," which would have been off-network by the time LBJ was in office.Anyway, anyone else ever hear this one?
