Lebanon-Rutland Arbitron is NO LONGER...

If you look at it geographically Rutland is a separate market from the Upper Valley (is that an oxymoron?). The stations transmitting from Killington cover both, but otherwise the mountains separate the signals.
 
I would think just having a market for the Upper Valley would favor stations like Q-106 and Kixx. With the Rutland stations out that means WZRT and WJJR will not be dominant in the market. Those were the two which could cover the whole Gerrymandered market. It makes more sense to have a separate market for Rutland and another for Lebanon/Claremont.
