LeBron Shows LeDick on ABC

Was the title of this topic supposed to be funny? If so, I did not find it funny at all (I was really disgusted by it).

If you're disgusted by the title, you should complain to ftvlive. They came up with the title.

You're so predictable...it was only a matter of time. But to each his own...

Will the FCC stomp on ABC about this "wardrobe malfunction" as they did with CBS/Janet Jackson?

I was wondering the same thing. This is the same kind of "accidental" and "fleeting" exposure. By the same token, the FCC has been hammered by court decisions about their definition of obscenity. Seems to me the CBS case is still being litigated.

Seems like there should be bigger things to worry about.

You're right. The way this works is someone has to file a complaint. Once that happens, the FCC has to respond. They either decide to pursue a fine, or they don't. Given their need for money, I expect they'd want to fine ABC. But that may be tempered by their previous experience in this area.
