"We have revisited 'The Song Remains The Same'," says Jimmy Page, "and can now offer the complete set as played at Madison Square Garden. This differs substantially from the original soundtrack released in 1976, and highlights the technical prowess of Kevin Shirley, who worked with us on 'How The West Was Won'. When it comes to 'The Song Remains The Same', the expansion of the DVD and soundtrack are as good as it gets on the LED ZEPPELIN wish list."

"The Song Remains The Same" track listing:

Disc One :

01. Rock And Roll
02. Celebration Day

The RE-Mastered DVD and the CD of TSRTS is out now.

I certianly hope that Rock Radio stations will play the re-mastered versions of these live songs.... That is, if they have anything left in them to do such a thing.

I picked up copies for good prices at Circuit City yesterday.

CD - $15.99

DVD - (Not the Collector's Edition) $11.99

I particularly like the sound of "No Quarter" live.

"Since I've Been Loving You" live is just stupendous !

I though I might some Led Zeppelin programming on out Classic Rock station this evening, the night of the big concert at the O2 in London.....

No Dice....

So I went to the internet.... where real music lovers can find satisfaction !!!

Planet Rock had a 2 Hour special of live Led Zeppelin music in honor of the concert.

Right now.... our Corporate Classic Rock Station is playing "Walk This Way"....

Why I'm not surpsrised at their predictive complacency....

Some things stay the same......

we got 1029 and 933 playing "Carouselambra", "Achilles Last Stand" and "Bring It On Home" as well as some other rare tracks
