Legal problems at the former "Exitos" (KXOS)

AllAccess is reporting that KXOS' former general manager, office manager, and air talent "Mandril" are suing the U.S. affiliate of Mexican media company Grupo Radio Centro (the affiliate holds the KXOS license to comply with FCC foreign ownership rules), claiming they were fired after whistle-blowing over ratings fraud, payola/plugola, and employment of undocumented workers.

I always had a feeling that Emmis selling KZLA to GRC was going to eventually produce something illegal.
