Len Wallison Passes away

I guess I spelled Lenny's name wrong...He would have got me for that one...Sorry about that.

Thanks Tom for letting us know. It's is very sad to hear about Lenny. RIP Lenny, you were a great radio talent.
We've lost so many people from WARM, it hard to believe. George, Ron, Tim and Ron''s wife also and now Lenny.

We will always remember them.
 
I remember Lenny was part of the WARM show that WVIA did about ten years ago. Never heard him on the air, but it was great to hear the war stories from the 60's.

There is a story that went around WARM and elsewhere that after Len was fired from WARM, he tried to get in the building that Saturday night to get all of his drop ins he used on the air. Bill Kelly was working and called to manager at the time to tell him about it. Wonder if Kelly knows everyone knew that alleged story?

One of the funniest I ever heard back in the great radio days...may he rest in peace.....he always put a smile on your face....when i think of the great days of WARMLAND his name immediately comes to mind
