Less complaints filed with the FCC

Just read here on R.I. that the number of complaints about indecent or obscene content has shrunk dramatically during recent times. Does that mean there is less of this type of boundary pushing programming being produced or does it mean people have become desensitized to it, in that stuff that would previously generate complaints no longer does?... Or are these issues being increasingly handled locally?

I believe that station owners are doing a better job of monitoring their stations. That's a good thing!
