Let me explain why im not doing all KDM all the time anymore..

I got a letter regarding this,, it was actually a response,, saying that depending on how the mixes are labled, it may or may not be legal,, Other radio stations realize,, especially if you are, or have done live 365,, that its picking up KDM as an artist and thinking I am playing one artist all the time,, So before KDM and I find a solution to this,, I have gone back to subpar mixes from a number of DJs.. For now the station name is Florida breaks Radio,,, I dont think Mystery Radio makes sense for a legal Internet only station,, and the average listener wants a station name that explains the music they play. Im looking for a legal way to play all KDM all the time without violating the DMCA rules.. Couldnt he just lable the mixes he sends me under different Assumed names for each mix.

This isnt becuase KDM didnt peform well,, He did a Great JOB.. This isnt because I dont like KDM,, as im very fond of him,,, this is only for legal reasons.. I hope to find a solution to this,, and actually run 2 stations,, one station will be all KDM all the time and will be called CLUB KDM X-Press RADIO...

Alot of people are wanting the all KDM format back, so please tell me a way I can legally do this,, I dont expect KDM to do anything on his end,, but I could manipulate the Names of the Mixes to be in DMCA compliance.

As you can see it ceased to exist on that server now,, as well as the Breaks format,, The breaks Format did OK but got stale quick with not many Florida Style Breaks coming out... Its too bad that Promo Only Rhythm Club isnt throwing out the KDM style breaks, Freestyle, and Booty Bass anymore like they did a along time ago.. Im just playing music that I like from my CDs for now,, while keeping the DMCA rules followed,, and keeping each individual song tagged.

Hopefully I can bring back the beloved KDM format after the first of the year when I get a new computer, but I need more DJs that spin his style, or some more individual tracks with that sound to play,, because its no doubt that I had my most success,, always 5 to 10 listeners at a time playing Ks Music,, the problem is Ks music alone can be played without other music to seperate him, or it violates the DMCA Rules. Anyway here is the new link for Mystery Radio,, Yeah im sticking with this name even though its not an FM pirate anymore cause I just cant think of anything else thats original,, I been trying and trying to think of a new station name,,, and just cant do it. http://174.37.194.139:8390 HEHE its really a mess,, its definately a male targetted Dance station from y2k to today,, but its basically my personal music collection with no all Mix CDs,, but the original albums are still different, and its not tagged as the same artist,, and each song title is tagged,, so that keeps it legal within the DMCA lines.
 
Yeah im very fond of KDM,, and I could see one day that he has a certain sound is a a great DJ I think he should be a professional DJ.. Technically I found out that if you have the DJs permission and the lables permission,, which KDM could and may some day get,, you can start a DJ specific station,, like for say if I got Tiesto's permission and gave him a large sum of money, I could play all Tiesto albums 24/7,, which BTW is one of the DJs im going to be seeing Live again,, close to home this time, just up in CHI-Town,, and I think its on the 26th of this month is like a week or so,, we are going to Zero gravity in the CHI to see Basshunter,, maybe Manny or some of the Fusion Staff will be there,, be cool to meet them.
