Mike Gallagher has done a very good thing today in my opinion. He's turned his entire radio show over to those church idiots that protest funerals and cause lots of pain as loved ones attempt to say goodbye. If you're not familiar with these people, visit www.godhatesamerica.com and take a look at what they do. At least the Virginia Tech students and staff can have their peace. My girl friend purchased a subscription on Mike's website so that she could hear the entire national show since KSKY only runs one hour of that. She knows absolutely nothing about radio, but she's been laughing at how Mike looks when he reads a live spot. He was reading one for proflowers.com earlier and she said that he threw his headphones down after he finished the spot. She thought that we enjoyed reading live spots and would look really excited when we did it. So what do you think about what Mike has done? As part of the agreement, the church people wont protest the funerals now that mike has given them this air time.
 
The Problem?They will keep coming back and getting on the air. Thank God the Patriot Motorcyclists keeps them at Bay during a serviceman's funeral. BTW This "religous" group contains the members of one family,no others. Dysfunctionalism is truly defined.
 
It is his show, he can do that if he wants....It won't entice me to listen!
 
Wolf is right... and uh, interesting handle on here. Better watch out, some of the freaked out P1s may confuse you for someone and never leave you alone.

This is Mike's show. Although some of what he does is trying to make a show more palatable for us to increase his numbers, it is just another in the fold. Doing stunts on-air for talk formats are one thing... making a difference is another. At least this one worked.
