Let's compile a list of current New England AM's still offering a MUSIC driven format.
Yes, ethnic too

READY?

GO!

Full format or just some programs? All New England AMs?
WJIB Cambridge
WMVX Beverly probably (and other ethnic music stations)
Isn't music of your life or some kinds of standards overnights on WAZN or WRCA or something

One help might be to consult radio-locator--I don't know if you can do it state by state but
try major cities
(poss) WOON Woonsocket RI, WINY Putnam CT,WARE Ware MA, WJTO Bath ME,
WJOY Burlington VT, WCNL Newport NH (country), (poss) WDEA Ellsworth ME,
WGFP Webster MA (country) etc

Here's some more

730 WJTO - Standards
1170 WUMB - Folk/AAA
1240 WFTN - Standards
1240 WEZR - AC
1300 WPNH - Standards
1350 WEZS - Oldies
1350 WINY - AC
1370 WDEA - Standards
1370 WFEA - Standards
1400 WLTN - Oldies

Some that weren't mentioned:

Maine:
WCME Brunswick (Oldies/soft rock i think, although it's listed everywhere as "news"
WGUY Veazie (oldies)
WTVL Wtaerville/WJZN Augusta adult standards/oldies
WLVP Gorham/WLAM Lewiston oldies
WSKW Skowhegan classic country
WWSF sanford adult standards/oldies

NH:
WMOU Berlin Top 40 simulcast of WXXS Lancaster though.

Some have FM simulcasts however, maybe it'd be easier to compile a list of those that don't utilize the FM band and have stuck to Antique Modulation.

1450 and 740 are the best music stations still on AM. Neither has a good signal, but at least 1450 streams. In a better world, both could survive on FM. Might as well putting Buddhist monks chanting on most AM signals today, nothing besides the very biggest and most established of frequencies are ever going to have an audience. Really, it's amazing AM has lasted as long as it has, considering how long FM has been around, and the better sound quality it offers.

Thought of a few more...

1310 WICH Norwich, CT - Standards
850 WAXB Ridgefield, CT - Oldies
860 WSBS Great Barrington, MA - AC
1230 WNAW North Adams, MA - AC
1110 WUPE Pittsfield, MA - Oldies
1230 WBLQ Westerly, RI - Variety
