Let's get this forum started!

I remember when TV stations here in Boston would sign-off at night. WHDH-TV/WCVB-TV Channel 5 would play the Navy Hymn before the sign-off message. After that, the message and the national anthem would take the station dark. Before WBZ-TV signed off, they did the sign-off billboard followed by a prayer and the National Anthem. WNAC-TV/WNEV-TV channel 7 would have The Greater Bostonians sing a song before they did a prayer, a drive-by sign-off and then the national anthem. Yeah, now they're on 24/7 with non stop mindless stuff at 3 a.m. in the morning. What I wouldn't give to have them go off again at night!
