May tells the story, and now the story is told.

Positives:

For Clear Channel it means Hot and B continue to storm the beaches and kick every ones tail.

For Citadel it means that Q and X are in full control of the 18-24 demo's.

For Galaxy it means TK is in charge of the 25-54 race, K-rock and Sunny make major jumps in demo's and show that they are not going away.

For Buckley it means WSEN will be a strong player in 12+ and 25-54.

Negatives:

For Clear Channel it means SYR and Power join the Dog in the ratings crap-fest. Y continues to be on life support.

For Citadel it means getting used to the world of having 2 stations being players in 18-34 when there's no money in those demos. It means both stations collectively not beating TK in 25-54 and X losing the 25-54 battle to K-rock (that's just sad). Say goodbye to that beer cash, morons. Little kids mean ratings not cash.

For Galaxy it means ... wait, didn't they hire a PD for WSCP?

For Buckley it means, they're still Buckley.

As far as profit goes, well maybe you idiots at Suck-Channel can fire a few people to make that bottom line work out. Remember, Less Is More. Being number 2 25-54 does not mean you are in control of 25-54.
B is in control of 25-54 and has been for 3 years running now.
Overall C.C. is in control of 25-54,and 18-34,and 35-64,and every daypart.
If C.C. treats it's employees so badly,why don't the leave and go to the other groups in town??? If C.C. treats it's employees so poorly and pays them so poorly,why do they have so many people who have worked there 10,15,20 years and more?

Looks like SCP had a nice trend. Hmm, no marketing to speak of yet and still the 12 plus are up nicely for the month, and for once seem driven by the 25-54s. Don't think Joel & Rich haven't noticed. There's something happening there.

people don't leave because they are afraid too....they're all doped up to believe they cannot make it anywhere else. Radio in this market is awful...tv is just as bad....no one complains because they will lose their jobs...wake up and smell the coffee son...there's a world out there...but you'll stay for ever
with your face up against the rear ends of that super management team.
