Let's submit our line-up

Suppose WYSP did go talk after the start of the new year. Who's your line-up?

Morning drive: Phil Valentine. Yes he was WWDB's morning man, and #3 after #2 Howard Stern I might add. Most importantly, a great entertainer.

9-12: Move Glenn Beck to the FM side and move Dom Giordano to Beck's slot on WPHT

12-3: Ron Dobson. The man who was in the unfortunate position of replacing Phil Valentine. But, very edgy and entertaining.

3-7: Just for balance, Randi Rhodes from Air America Radio. Everything I detest in a liberal, but again, a great radio performer.

7-10: Phil Hendrie. No explaination needed.

10-1: By tape delay, John and Ken, formerly of NJ101.5

1-5: Joey Reynolds.

Your move.

I predict that WYSP will put together a talk lineup that will let them continue to target the green-painted-face, at-the-Linc-with-no-shirt-on-in-January, cheesesteak-hanging-out-of-their-mouths, drinking-till-they-puke, belly-hanging-over-their-jeans demo.

(Don't get me wrong... I tune in O&A every day to get my daily dose of (unedited) dick jokes.)

So, it will probably be "24 hours a day of Howard Stern clones, Robin... Hoo-hoo!! Tell 'em, Fred!"

Honestly, I grew to like Don & Mike. I don't understand how Infinity thought that The Late Show with David Letterman would translate to Radio. even at 11pm, but I wouldn't be surprised if Infinity at least brought Don & Mike around Philly again.
