IN OTHER WORDS I'M WONDERING WHATS THE GOING RATE TO VT IN A WAY WAY SMALLER MARKET

IM SURE THAT IT DEPENDS ON THE FORMAT YOUR SPEAKING OF. THE SIZE OF THE MARKET IS AN INFLUENZA AS WELL.

THERE IS A FORMULA THAT IS USED:

SMALL MARKET = SMALL MARKET POPULATION / LARGE MARKET POPULATION X FOR
AT RATIO

I don't agree with you. these days smaller markets pay better then a lot of the big markets I'm sure more then one would agree.
