LFO - Life Is Good (2001)

Anybody know why this album didn't get 4 singles off of it like most? I just picked it up for $1.99 today. It features a really good song (Every Other Time) which always takes me into a time warp feeling back to 2001. It also has the minor follow up Life Is Good. There are several other tracks that could have been released to radio (Including a collaberation with Kelis who later had her big hit Milkshake) and could have charted but didn't.

Its a pretty good overall album.

By the way, I LOVED the way Life Is Good sounded on WKSC Chicago. The part at the beginning where they sang "life is good, life is great, life is unbelievable" has such an awsome echo on this tape of the station I have dated 11-19-01. Doesn't sound anywhere near as good on the CD.

My best guess? Post 9/11. Everyone really went back to comfort food for music really... Every Other Time was a great song that fit the format very well at the time. Just not enough familiarity (even with previous hits...)
