'Lifechangers' as seen on two different stations

I get two CW stations in my neck of the woods. On Eastern Iowa's CW, Dr. Drew's 'Lifechangers' looks like it's videotaped. However, on The Quad Cities' CW, the picture looks like it's-- I don't know if "filmed" is the right word, but I'm sure the picture looks different on KWKB and KGCW...
