Lifetime Cable was knocked off the air.

During the presentation of the world premiere movie, "Who Is Clark Rockefeller?" about a man who kidnapped his own daughter, and it became a subject on "America's Most Wanted". It also starred Eric McCormick, from TV's "Will & Grace". There were some irate comments during the movie, and after that, it was Lifetime's fault, not DirecTV, DishTV, or your reliable cable company. Moments later, Lifetime apologized the issue.

I think it is the weather's fault as it seems. so I plan to watch this movie in its entirety from start to finish beginning at 8PM CT. Please a repeat showing at 10PM CT, and tomorrow night at 8 PM CT as well.

Perhaps it was just nature's way of saying to Lifetime that they over-promoted this event. :)

I thought Lifetime was where people went when their favorite infomercial wasn't available.

That channel should have been branded "Home of your favorite 70's TV movies".

Actually, the "TV for women" slogan is long gone. They do offer programming for the masses, but do tend to skew female. So their former slogan still has an impact, which is probably fine for them and their advertisers. However, their programming does offer a nice variety. I think overall they will continue to do well.

Maybe Oprah "accidentally" bumped into their uplink satellite and knocked it over. She is their competition after all and looks like she hasn't been dieting lately.
